How to Make an Appointment
Appointments may be booked in several ways:
Online
Patients can book and cancel appointments via the NHS App.
By Phone
Patients can book an appointment by calling reception on 020 8992 2010.
Prebookable appointments are usually available to book up to a maximum of 8 weeks in advance.
On the day appointments are available to book from 8am on the morning you wish to see a doctor.
In Person
Patients can visit the surgery and book an appointment with the receptionist.
Appointment Types
We offer a range of different appointments at the surgery:
- Male and Female GP appointments
- Nurse Appointments
- Clinical Pharmacist Appointments
- Healthcare Assistant Appointments
- Urgent Duty Message Telephone Triage
- Commuter Evening Appointments
- Telephone Consultations for routine matters
Adhoc Issues – Our Reception Staff will always ask for the reason why you need to see the doctor as some issues may be able to be dealt with more appropriately (and usually more quickly) than in an appointment with a doctor.
Routine appointments and Clinics
Pre-bookable for up to 4 weeks ahead.
Commuter appointments
Commuter Appointments are available alternate Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.30pm to 8pm. We provide HCA, Nurse, Pharmacist and GP appointments.
Same day appointments
We provide same day appointments for all patients available to book from 8am.
If your issue is urgent we provide telephone triage and consultations with our Duty Doctor.
Duty Doctor – For urgent matters only (please note: there may be up to 2 hours waiting time for emergency appointments).
